Debris in the form of wood was collected from the Lower Ninth Ward and a series of benches were created. The benches were installed in different sites throughout the community. The collected wood was traced and painted directly on the wall as part of the exhibition entitled "Something for Nothing", curated by Dan Cameron for the Contemporary Art Center in New Orleans. |
